Champagne Truffes

Our house specialty, the world-famous Champagne Truffles, are a true delicacy. They were originally created by Adolf Teuscher Sr. in 1947. Inside, the truffles have an exquisite center of Dom Pérignon Champagne cream, surrounded by a filling of butter and dark chocolate. A coating of milk chocolate creates a delicate outer layer, which is then dusted with powdered sugar. The Champagne Truffles are also available in a dark chocolate version.
